Rylan's Bithday Party

Happy 2ND Birthday Rylan! This weekend we went to Chris and Julie's house to celebrate Rylan's birthday. The kids had fun and we enjoyed visiting with family!

My Fair Lady

Kara loves to watch old movies. One of her favorites is Beach Blanket Bingo starring Annette Funicello and Frankie Avalon. She loves the singing, the dancing and of course the fancy dresses and hats. So, I took her to the library this week and we rented two movies I thought she would just love. We got two Audrey Hepburn movies, Funny Face and My Fair Lady. She loved them both! Happy Easter

Happy Easter! He has risen! We had a great day. We started the day out by getting up and getting ready for church. Then we let the kids come down to see what the Easter Bunny had brought them. We then enjoyed some Easter bread for breakfast, that Dan's mom made us. After that we went to church and then went over to Grandma and Grandpa Locker's house for Easter lunch, a trip to the park and an Easter egg hunt!

Joshua and Rylan were standing at the window watching Grandpa and Larry throw the baseball. The boys were excited when Grandpa came in and took them out for a walk!

Happy St.Patti's Day

Happy St. Patrick's Day! We had a great day! Kara and I made Sugar cookies. We were having Grandma and Grandpa Locker over for dinner so, Kara made a St. Patrick's day center piece for our dinner table. She also made everyone a shamrock place card with their name on it. After dinner we dyed Easter eggs. Kara and Joshua dipping their Easter eggs

Kara Has Lost Her 3 rd Tooth

On Saturday morning Kara lost her 3 rd tooth. She just lost her 2 nd tooth last week. Now she is missing 3 of her bottom teeth in a row. It is too cute! Daddy always deals with the loose teeth and pulling them out. On Saturday morning, while Dan was at Bible study, Kara came to me and was crying...my tooth, my tooth. I looked into her mouth and saw her tooth not in the position it should have been in. I was not happy but, since Dan wasn't home I had no other choice then to pull Kara's tooth out myself. Thankfully, it came right out with no problems. She has one more loose tooth on the bottom. Once that one falls out hopefully we will have a break for a while...otherwise the Tooth Fairy might go broke...LOL!!!

Aunt DD knows how much Kara loves to do arts and crafts so, for her birthday she bought her a purse that you can decorate yourself. It was right up Kara's alley!!!
