The Rio

Our next stop after Boyds Bear was the Rio. We were making our way to Maryland to stay over night at my parent's before heading out to the OBX. The Rio is a cute little place with a huge pond, Paddle boats, parks and tons of places to eat. We rode the paddle boats, ate at the California Pizza Grill and ended the night with a train ride. The kids loved it!

Boyds Bear Country

We started our vacations off at Boyds Bear Country. The kids loved it there. We enjoyed walking around looking at all the different bears. The kids had their pictures taken to make them look like bears. Kara enjoyed the Dog Adoption Center. (Can you find Kara in the pic with all the dogs?) Joshy loved the trucks filled with bears. We also enjoyed ice cream cones while listening to a live Country Band.

Time With Annie

After Britt and Steve's wedding, Danielle and Josh went away to St. Thomas. We got to take Annabelle back with us to our house and there her grandparents picked her up to keep her for the week. The kids had fun traveling with Annie and getting to play at our house with her. We wish we lived closer! Annie fell asleep on the way to our house

Steve and Brittany's Wedding

Steve and Brittany's wedding was great! Brittany made a very beautiful bride. Steve had the best smile on his face as Brittany was coming down the isle. The ceremony was wonderful and the reception was a blast! Congratulations Steve and Britt!

Steve & Britt's Wedding Rehearsal

We had a great time at Steve and Britt's wedding rehearsal. Everything went very smoothly. After the rehearsal we enjoyed a great time of fellowship and dinner. My favorite part of the night was when we went around from table to table to honor Steve and Britt. It was a great night.

A Visit With Great-Grandpa Locker

Dan's parent's brought Great-Grandpa Locker down from New York for a visit here in Pennsylvania. We were so happy to see him!I love the 2ND pic of Gramps and Josh...both making the same face!
Kara just loves Great-Grandpa. When he was having a coughing spell, Kara ran up out of no where and was trying to comfort him....so sweet!
